Turn a CurseForge export, an instance or a server zip into a Modrinth .mrpack. Jars are hashed in your browser and matched on Modrinth; nothing is uploaded.
Drop a CurseForge export, an instance or server zip, a whole folder, or the mod jars themselves.
These jars carry the file name the CurseForge manifest asks for, but not the same size, so they are a different build of that file. The same version uploaded separately to Modrinth usually differs like this; check the version only if it matters to you.
Every jar you give it is hashed on this device and looked up on Modrinth in batches of 200. A jar becomes a download only when Modrinth's copy has the same SHA-1, SHA-512 and size; any other jar is packed into the file as it is.
A CurseForge export often lists mods by number only. Turning those numbers into files needs CurseForge's keyed API, and its download server does not let a web page read the files. So this tool names what is missing and takes the jars from your launcher, which already has them.
A standard .mrpack: a modrinth.index.json that lists each download with both hashes and the sides it runs on, plus an overrides folder with your configs and every jar Modrinth does not host. Prism Launcher and the Modrinth App import it directly.
Publishing the pack on Modrinth is a separate question: jars that sit in overrides need their authors' permission there.
