MCToolkit gives all members a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to our content for personal/non-commercial use.

MCToolkit is our trademark and uses content/services from other trademarks (MCreator, Minecraft, Mojang, Minecraft Forge, Java). We are not associated or connected to any of the trademarks in any other ways other than using their services. Their terms and policies still apply to our content. If you’re not sure about their policies and terms of services, we suggest reading them on their official websites.

User Content


MCToolkit gives its members the option to post their User Content made with MCToolkit on our website for free. We disallow any content that violates our User Content guidelines. Any content that violates those terms will be subject to being removed by moderators on our site. If the account continues to break the guidelines, moderators may suspend the account permanently.

User Accounts


MCToolkit offers a free platform to connect with fellow Minecraft mod-making members. We provide forums for members to ask questions about plan projects and share ideas with the rest of the community. Not everyone will agree with things that are said or done in the community, therefore we have made Community Guidelines for members to follow when posting any things, on our discord server, website, or other services we provide.

Warranty and Disclaimers


MCToolkit provides official downloads to our software. We designed our software to be safe. By downloading anything off the internet, you are taking a risk. Therefore in the chance that a various does infect our download, we are not liable for any damages or expenses that one may have to endure to fix the issue.

Copyright Policy


We do not support copyrighted content. We do our best to remove any copyrighted content off our website when we see it, or anything brought to our attention. You may contact us on our discord server or via email to report copyrighted content to be reviewed or deleted for our website or discord server. We take this matter very seriously. We ask that all members do not post (copied, stolen, edited, changed, modified) or any content without permission by the original creators of the content. These terms are not limited to mods, and also apply to any content posted on any of our services.

Termination of These Terms


Any violation of our Community Guidelines, Terms Of Services, or User Content Guidelines, can result in a termination of the user’s account from our services.

Changes to These Terms


MCToolkit holds the right to update, change, modify, add, or remove terms to all of our legal documents with or without warning.
